No, it does not. Once I receive your order, I will reach out via email within 1-2 business days to confirm your order. Failure to respond to the confirmation email within 24 hours means your order will not be fulfilled.

​Orders require at least 2 days' notice before the pick-up date. If you need last minute cookies, keep an eye on our Instagram stories as we sometimes do story sales.

Option #1: Porch pick-up in Caledonia/Kentwood area. When you arrive, you simply have to grab your cookies from the pink bakery stand and be on your way! Pick-up details and address will be sent after order has been confirmed.

When my mom taught me how to bake when I was a kid, I loved pretending that I was on a cooking show. As if I was in front of a studio audience, I would narrate my baking techniques out loud. My mom became my trusty sous chef, known to my imaginary viewers as "Francine", thus Francine's Sweets was born as a tribute to my mom who spent many hours teaching me how to measure flour, and then wiping half that flour up from the kitchen floor.

The flavors listed on the order form are what I am currently offering. If your favorite flavor is no longer available, don't worry! It'll probably come back soon! :)

Cookies last 2-3 days at room temperature. You can freeze the cookies for up to 3 months. Cookies are delicious when heated for 20-30 seconds in the microwave!
